Biomedical Nano-Engineering Laboratory
The Wilhelm Lab is affiliated with the Stephenson School of Biomedical Engineering (SBME) at the University of Oklahoma (OU).
Our lab space is in Gallogly Hall at the OU Norman Campus.
Our research interests include the engineering and designing of nanomaterials for use in biomedical applications and clinical translation.

BE4NANO Classroom Visits 2022
November 2022 – Our SBME faculty team visited the pre-engineering and biomedical sciences high school classrooms at the Caddo-Kiowa Technology Center in Fort Cobb to engage students in bionanotechnology, bioimaging, and biomedical engineering.
Tekena Harcourt Received Pursuit of Excellence Award
October 2022 – Tekena, a current BME junior in the Wilhelm Lab, received the Gallogly College of Engineering Pursuit of Excellence Award. Congratulations Tekena!

Ph.D. Defense – Wen Yang

BE4NANO Day 2022
April 2022 – High school students from the Caddo-Kiowa Technology Center in Fort Cobb visited the OU Gallogly College of Engineering and the OU Samuel Roberts Nobel Microscopy Laboratory as part of the 3rd BE4NANO DAY.
